Soul Ties

Something i wrote for one of my classes. Tell me what yall think.



A soul tie is the knitting together of two souls that can either bring wonderful blessing in a Godly relationship or destruction when made with the wrong person. A soul tie in the Bible is described not only by the word knit but also by the word cleave, which means to bring close together, or be attached to someone. Soul ties between married couple draws them together, while soul ties between people who arnt married can make a abused women which normally would hate and run away, but instead she stays with him and doesn't really know why even though he doesn’t love her and beats on her.
Godly soul ties are made when a couple are married. Ephesians 5:31 “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh” However when a person has an ungodly sexual relationship with another person, and ungodly soul tie is formed. People who have many past relationships ties there soul with many of they’er partners and find it very hard to “bond” or be joined to anybody. Sex outside of marriage scatters their souls and destroys their ability to commit to one partner.
Soul Ties are not just for married people or people who just have sex. You can have a soul tie with a friend good or bad. “And it came to pass when he had made an end of speaking unto Saul, that the soul of Jonathan was kint with the soul of David and Jonahtan loved him as his own soul” Out lives can be “yoked together” “Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness” 2Corinthians 6:14
God gave us this ability to bond at different levels with family, friends, and partners. Rituals is also a powerful ways of “Joining” people. In Christianity we have communion, and baptism. Satanism, witchcraft, Mafia and paramilitaries understand the power of ritual, especially ritual with spoken vows, and they use it to strongly bind members together. Satan cannot create new spiritual principles so he can only use existing principles. Soul ties are pose to be a good thing between a husband and wife, and close friends and family, since satan cant pull somthing out of his hat he make something good-soul ties- into something wicked. “Know ye not that he which is joined to harlot is one body? for two saith He, shall become one flesh” 1Corinthians 6:16. So this knitting, bonding, yoking, joing or one flesh ties that can and dose work both ways.(be good or bad) Jesus told us that we should be “wise as serpents “Matthew 10:16 meaning we should know what the serpent is up to.
Soul ties can be broken though pray. Some do not break those soul ties and bring them into there marriage. Which cause all sorts of problems in a marriage. You can try to deal with it in the natural on your own by seeing counselors, trying to forget, or by even getting a divorce but those are only temporary, it can only be dealt with in the spiritual realm.
