TESTIMONY FORUM

GET YA WEIGHT UP.

I am a student at Oral Roberts University but I live in St. Louis, Missouri. I wanted to take time out to tell you how great of an impact you have made in my life.

At the age of 6 I became born-again and filled with the Holy Spirit at my home church. Growing up I loved attending church and I learned to develop a close relationship with God. Around the age of 17 I realized less and less teens were attending church then it came to the point where teen church was canceled. I enjoyed sitting in the sanctuary, but with me being a teenager in the midst of adults I felt out of place.

Growing up my dad had my brothers and I to listen to pastors all over the nation such as Bill Winston, Dr. I.V. Hilliard, Kenneth Copeland, Myles Munroe, Creflo Dollar, etc. He taught us that going to church on Sunday and Tuesday isn’t good enough because just like we feed our natural bodies every day we need to feed our spiritual bodies every day.

One day my dad had all of us sign up for gohardforchrist.com [former website]. We were just being obedient and did so, but one day we were driving somewhere and my father was playing a teaching in the car and it had me so hooked I was disappointed when we arrived to our destination. Immediately I asked my father who it was and he said Pastor David Winston.

Ever since then my spiritual man has been gaining so much weight! Talk about divine connection! I thank God for you, your wife, and your ministry. I soon realized my calling to reach out to the youth who don’t know who they are in Christ and who don’t realize that they are never too young to have a relationship with the almighty God. Again thank you for being a yielded vessel. I pray that God blesses you, your family, and the ministry in ways that you can’t imagine.

THE REVOLUTION.

In 2010 I was a leader of the Christian fellowship at school. (Picture attached)

The Christian fellowship was for students in our school. We met as the salt and light of our high school to fellowship and pray together.

One day I was on the Bill Winston ministries website and the Lord led me to the Go Hard for Christ website. I started listening to the teachings and meditating on them. The Lord led me to share the teachings to the learners in the student fellowship. The Word of God grew in our hearts so much to the point that we took a bold step to go parks in town to evangelize other young people out there. The message was too good for us not to share with other young people. We would go to chilling spots where young people from different schools gathered, and share the Gospel of the Kingdom with them. One Friday we went to a park to evangelize as a group and 47 people received Jesus as their Lord and saviour. ( Picture attached) We divided ourselves in groups of 3 and spread the whole park to share the good news to everyone in the park. People received healing and answers to questions they had about Jesus.

We did this every two weeks for almost a year and we saw the Lord doing great things through us. This led to us going to other schools and spreading the Good news of going hard for Christ as young people. We made friends with other young people from different schools and institutions to the point that we would fill the entire park when we went out to evangelize. The revolution started from the teachings that I got from the go hard for Christ website.

I thank the Lord for what He has done in my life and other young people through your teachings. My life is changed. All the Glory be to God. Today the message spreads to other young in South Africa as we are venturing into doing camps for young people to gather to hear the good news of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. Thank you sir. I am a living testimony of your teachings.
